Kink in the City

Kink in the City's focus on the rich and powerful gives a different vibe than Doctor's Training where money, though available, was never a defining characteristic of the stories. Here, each character's wealth means something. I feel like wealth can influence access to different resources, and in these stories, that wealth is not enough. Even with all the money in the world, these characters can't fix what's wrong, and they have to go through some emotional work to do what's necessary to see their submissive partners flourish. Money isn't everything, and these stories prove that while it might make life easier, it isn't the end all and be all of life.

Kink in the City Trilogy

In St. Louis, you never know what you’re going to encounter. And these characters all find their way into kinky situations they never expected. From Robyn’s relationship with the CEO Ricardo who has a kink for being called “daddy,” to Jamie’s relationship with Chase that starts out as sex and leads them to the BDSM club, and also to Cherise and his kinky arrangement with the CEO of another enterprise of St. Louis, these stories follow rich and powerful people as they become dominates over people who need them.

Robyn, Jamie, and Cherise all end up going through something that changes them, and their dominates are on the other side to help them heal from what has happened. With their desire to help their submissives, they do everything possible to make sure things change and they can become the best person they can.

In the end, though, the dominate figures find themselves changed for the better by helping their submissives through their situations.

An Exclusvie Propostion

Robyn Jameson has worked on the streets and Below in a St. Louis brothel for almost ten years. His life has never been easy, and he started doing what he does early on and not by his choice. He has no problem with what he does and actually prefers his lifestyle. Now that he has a choice, he stays. He has friends, money he needs to live, and the drugs he needs to endure the life he leads. He is not inclined to change anything about this life, at least, he isn’t until he meets his latest john, a suave yet stoic businessman named Ricardo Vasquez.

With a slip of the tongue, the word “Daddy” escapes his lips, only to find his client incredibly turned on by the word. Perhaps he’s been seeking something more along the way, and this is a way to see it fulfilled. He doesn’t know for sure, but he knows that things in his life can never be simple. He ends up embroiled in something much bigger than himself, and between Ricardo’s near obsession that he adores and his family making a sudden appearance, Robyn finds himself in a state of complex change.

Kink in the City Book One

Rainbow Daisy

Jamie Simmons struggles to make ends meet, care for his sisters, and deal with family drama when one of the wealthiest guys he knows asks him out. He’s shocked by this, first because it seems that Chase is bi, and second, that he’d ask out a poor guy like him. He agrees to go out with him if he also provides dinner for his sisters. Chase Matherson is willing and has certain expectations for his date that night. Jamie returns home, thinking it was a one-night stand and nothing more.

Surprisingly, Chase calls him back and wants to go out again. Jamie still thinks of the whole situation as transactional. He and his sisters get fed, and Chase gets what he wants for the night. Even though Jamie enjoys their time together, he doesn’t think of it as being more than what it is: sex.

Then, things get serious for both, and Jamie’s past comes back to haunt him, leaving him in a complicated position. As the world changes around him, Jamie wonders where Chase will stand when all of this is over. Chase is a fast guy in an even faster car, and Jamie wonders if there’s any way he can keep up.

Sweet Obedience

Cerise is a resident at a St. Louis teaching hospital, and he ends up seeing something he should not. He didn’t intend to walk in on someone murdering his patient, but what happened can’t be undone. He can’t change the fact he saw the guy, and now he’s in a tough spot. It’s revealed that the perpetrator might be a member of the now disbanded Irish mobsters that are trying to regroup in the area after their leader died recently. His father warns him he needs to be careful.

He’s nearly grabbed in the underground parking garage at the hospital, but he manages to make an escape, albeit not unscathed. Hiding in an office, he’s found by someone he doesn’t know at first. He soon realizes it is the patron of the school and hospital he works at, Mr. McMahon. McMahon takes him in when Cerise explains that he’s in trouble and can’t go to the emergency room over his injuries. There are four other men, and they all seem to be personal guards for McMahon. Once in his home, he’s patched up by McMahon’s personal doctor, but then the CEO makes an interesting proposition to Cerise: his submission in exchange for his and his family’s protection.
