The Universe titled Healing bonds consists of three different series of books. These series, Chains of Fate, Joe Town Bound, and Silken Bonds, all take place in different locations. Chains of Fate is located in St. Louis, Missouri, Joe Town Bound is in St. Joseph, Missouri, and Silken Bonds is in Santa Cruz, California.

The uniting factor of all these different books is that they all focus on healing through bondage. Each book centers around a character that is placed in extraordinary circumstances, and their partner or partners are the people that help them through it. Using the tools that bondage and submission has to offer, these people find their way through their trauma to healing.

There are no magic cures in this universe, as it is grounded in reality. There is no cure all and bondage and love do not make the bad times go away. These characters have to deal with learning to live again when the world seems at the grayest. The bonds they form with others, both romantic and platonic, are at the center of everything that happens in these books.

The Series of Healing Bonds

Discover unique hurt/comfort stories set in St. Louis, St. Joseph, and Santa Cruz. Follow the characters as they learn to live again post trauma with the aid of their supportive partners and the use of bondage practices as therapy and intervention.

Chains of Fate

Experience the BDSM scene in St. Louis through compelling narratives and emotional journeys. Based around the autist doctor Kieran Sung and his journey through healing, this series focuses on many aspects of those within it. The stories center around the bondage/goth club Strawberry's Black.

Joe Town Bound

Delve into the heart of St. Joseph with stories of connection and healing. Small town life can be difficult when someone does not fit the standard. Things in St. Joseph are experienced around the Rainbow Club and the sublevel dungeon known only by those in the BDSM community.

Silken Bonds

Uncover Santa Cruz's vibrant BDSM culture through intimate and transformative tales. The Grotto is home to the aid and help that many people need as they heal through the process of learning submission and domination. Run by a licensed therapist, the Gotto offers many things that other places may not.

Healing Through Bondage

Bondage and other BDSM practice can be incredibly therapeutic for those that practice them. There are often intricate dynamics and rules associated with these particular ways of life, and for some people they find their true sense of freedom in bondage.
